One more tip - I know they say to do the meal prep on Sunday but I found it worked better to focus on three days at a time for us since I consider myself a beginner in the kitchen and we wasted some groceries in the beginning buying too much. In order to track your macros use the app! It’s the best way to set your macros and figure out your daily meals and snacks. My recommendation would be to get a food scale (a must!!), at least one physical book, and one bag of protein (brownie / chocolate works well) for your first challenge. Their product is so smooth and while I was against the flavored protein powders at first, much to my surprise I love them! The nut butters are really good although I still prefer organic peanut butter or almond butter with certain recopies and to save on cost but overall they are good and worth the cost as well. A year later - and much to my surprise - this has been the absolute best meal plan I have ever done! Word of caution we tried the recopies with protein powders we found at GMC or Target and they were clumpy and not as good, but when we switched to the CSE protein the experience was night and day. I went into this program not expecting much honestly.
