Hoteliers try to do this so that they don't have to possibly go through the eviction process for someone that stays over 30 days. During this stay which has been longer than my usual I was informed by the Manager that I had to leave. The front desk staff has always been good at customer service even though the manager isn't. I have seen it been a nice safe haven, then go down hill with pot smoking and parties, then back up again to being a nice place to stay. I have stayed at this establishment many times over the past 4 years. I will be filing suit in LA County courts to stop this individual from doing this to others! He is in the hospitality business, there is no room for that kind of demeanor. I understand from the staff he has a very short fuse when it comes to his temper. Again, let me say the front desk staff is good but this Manager is one of the worst I have seen. They don't change the sheets as they should unless you call them on it. He violates several CA laws, renting rooms that only accomadate 4-5 people to a group of 7 people.

The theatre would have live productions and film, with a curved screen being lifted into the fly-tower during live performances.
